These "functional" art pieces are made of thousands of small pieces of bamboo, called "beads". They are put together one at a time with metal wire. This makes it simple to remove beads or strands to make the curtains smaller.

What makes our bamboo curtains better than the rest?
Each bead is hand painted 360 degrees, so that they can be viewed and look great from either side and at any angle. The "strand count" is a measurement of the number of bamboo bead strands from one side of the curtain to the other. This count will determine the quality and detail of a specific design. All of the curtains we sell have a strand count of at least 90 to 135. Compare this with our competitors and you will quickly see the difference in quality.

Unpacking your curtains
When taking a curtain out from its original box be sure to lift the curtain by the wooden rod. If the strands are tangled, do not yank the strands apart, instead hang the curtain and carefully untangle each strand. Be gentle when unpacking the curtain, otherwise damage to the beads could result.
